Technical Advisory Group

A Technical Advisory Group (TAG) meets at least four times per year to review the County’s IPM program and provide comments to the County Executive. IPM-TAG includes representatives from:

  • Pesticide Alternatives of Santa Clara County (2),
  • Santa Clara Valley Water District (1),
  • County Agricultural Commissioner (1),
  • Santa Clara County Pollution Prevention Committee (1),
  • County labor organizations (1), and
  • One (1) representative from each of the following Santa Clara County agencies and departments:
    • Roads and Airports
    • Parks and Recreation
    • Facilities and Fleet
    • Valley Health and Hospital System
    • Occupational Safety and Environmental Compliance

Prior to each meeting the agenda with meeting location is displayed on the County public notice board at 70 W. Hedding to encourage active participation by the public in the IPM process.
